Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Intrnet Laws for web pages

Where can i find the laws that I need to follow with my web page? I live in Florida and I cant find any one that knows.

I'm just trying to make a simple ''Terms of Service'' That says something to the effect of ''its your fault not mine''

Its a small web forum or board where people can post what ever they want to. I am not going to spend a ton of money to pay some one to do this for me.

Is there any way you guys can help me out or point me in the right direction?

You would be wise to have me or another attorney familiar with this area of the law draft your TOS. I don't need a ton of money. Didn't you know all attorneys get a weekly bag of money automatically? It almost covers our insurance costs, especially with the high intellectual property rates.
