Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Does it invalidate a contract to change the state in which a company is formed to another state while maintaining the exact same name of the company.
Say one of the partners is an LLC initially formed in the state of Nevada, then, over the years, that LLC is dissolved and reformed in Wyoming with the exact same name.
Is the initial contract still a valid contract?
