Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I took a job as an independent contractor for a small business and recently the owner gave me a check that bounced and he owes me 3 weeks of pay which I have not received he claims that someone stole $10,000 out of his business account alluding to it might be his partner that here nor there my question is will I ever recoup the money he owes me? Is there anything I can do?
