Judgement against a business
I filed with the state how do i collect money?

The first thing you need to do is record a certified copy of the Final Judgment in the county where this business is located and/or owns real property. Then, you should hire a private investigator to do an asset search on this company. Then, I recommend hiring an attorney to collect on your judgment. The easiest way to collect upon your judgment is to garnish their business operating account. I recommend hiring an attorney in your area who is familar with judgment collection and collections law.
