judgement against me and the wrong corporation?
I want to find out if i can couter sue for judgment obtained against me a corportaion i once owned. Its a credit card its a corporate credit i had in company i had i while back. I open i new corporation but had a similar name they sued the new corporation thinking that it was the old on and obtained a judgement.

Did you defend? If not, then you will have a hard time getting the judgment set aside. When a complaint is filed, you need to answer. On the otherhand, if all they have is a judgment against a corporation that has nothing and will have nothing, then there may not be anything to worry about. It is always dangerous to ignore complaints.
