Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have a judgment from Lake County Court Florida Small Claims Division awarded August 2009, directing a New York Shipping company to return my goods and pay my expenses for the case.
To date they have not responded to this.
However I have been issued a summons for Civil Court in New York, that the same company have taken out against me since my judgment, for storage costs for the same goods they have been directed to return to me.
Is this legal?.
