Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
What kind of document do I need for an owner of an internet business to give all rights, materials, equipment, logo, etc. to another person, if the owner should die?

There are a number of documents you can use for that purpose. Of course, in a will or trust, you can convey your property to anyone you choose, including a company. However, there may be certain situations where a will or trust would not work. You can also include a provision in the corporation's by-laws or the shareholder agreement that would specify what happens in the event of some contingency, such as death or incapacitation.
There are a variety of directions you can go, depending on your specific desires. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me at your convenience.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answers. Specialized documents may be required if it's a corporation or partnership. And this is an issue where you really need to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
