landord is driving insane
i have a 10 year lease, and just above me there is a workout studio
everyday i hear noise,dum bell classes ect, ti keep talking to my landlord, but he does not what to deal with it....also i just dicovered my meter has some connections in it that belong to other tenents.. i have been paying fpl for use that ys not mine
what can i do...

Landlord has a duty to protect you from unreasonable noise and from having to pay for other tenants; so you should have an attorney read your lease and advise you on whether you can just get out of if or need to give notice, etc.
