Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Is there a law in Florida which requires that a minimal lighting level be maintained in bars and/or restaurants?

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you this would most likely be regulated by the health department (in the case of a restaurant). For bars, it would most likely be the alcohol beverage control or similar agency in FL. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
