Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Law suit
I just became vice president of a company that is facing is close to getting a law suit. They are not able to pay back for the fines and i wonder if this situation would affect me on the personal part, like my house or belongins in case the company is not able to comply with the fines or go bankrupt.
