Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Can a layman in Florida register a Health-care related business and then hire a doctor to work for him? Or does the owner of a health related (service) business have to be professionally licensed in Florida to own a business that provides health services. (Not patient care)

It depends on the exact nature of the business. I would need more information before I answer that question. For example, I am not sure what you mean by a "health related" business. That could be many different things, and your obligations depend on what exactly it is you are doing. If you would like a more definitive answer, please feel free to call me so we can discuss it more fully.
