Lazy California attorney has question re: Florida Law
I'm lazy today. Please save me some research if you know this answer. Can a Flordia Corporation with 3 shareholders have only two seats on the board of directors? Thank you.

Regardless of the number of shareholders, they can choose to have any number of members of the Board as long as there is one (1).
