lease question
My question is Can someone sell a vechicle under a lease contract to another party if they donot own the vechicle themselves.

No. You cannot sell something you do not own. In order to convey title to any property, one must necessarily be the title holder. Some leases are assignable, but generally auto leases are not. Read the lease agreement and good luck.
