Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I leased a business, in a Plaza , Originally I had asked to be in an adjoining Plaza location, was told that they "Do not allow that type of business at that location"
Now they have leased the location to the "same" type of business. Do I have a case against the Realty Co. for discrimination against a small Corporation, vs the large
Corporation that is allowed in the plaza.

Such discrimination is not illegal; it appears to have been a marketing decision
of the landlord. You were treated differently than the large corporation but it doesn't
satisfy the requirements of a lawsuit.
