Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Still using my name
I left a recruiting agency and started my own firm. My former employer still takes calls and answers e-mails directed at me as an employee of their company. Is this legal, if not, what can i do about it?

Re: Still using my name
Your employer is not allowed to use your identity by pretending that you're still with them or impersonate you but they do get to try to keep their current clients.
