Legal fees
My employer is named as myself in a trademark dispute case. If the case gets settled and I leave the company do I owe them any money. They agreed to pay as long as there is no conflict of interest

Du you mean that you and your employer are both defendants? If so, you probably would not owe them anything, but it would depend on what is alleged and what you did and if you were authorized or directed by the company to do it.
