Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Legal to sell industry pricing?

I'm trying to determine the legal implications of selling pricing at the retailer's level. In other words, showing the consumer how much money the product costs the retailer and therefore what margin there is for negotiation. I have accounts with the distributors which would provide current pricelists, but at some point would also look at other ways of aquiring the pricelists. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

That information is almost always protected by comfidentiality agreements and would be considered trade secrets. Improperly disclosing the information would be asking for a lawsuit.
