Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Licensing of Attorney's that practice in Securities
Can you please tell me if Lawyers practice in Securities Law are they subject to any special licensing? The reason I ask is that I have been in contact with an Attorney who I may use to do a 504D Exemption to registration, with SEC and the State Blue Sky laws. This person has the P.A. listed as area of practice. Is there any way I can tell if this person is an experienced attorney in the Securities area?
Thank You
