Liens
I won a lawsuit against one of my company's vendors for $1000 with a 9% annual percentage rate if not paid immediately. I won this case in October of 2006 and still have not been paid. What do I need to do to put a lien on this persons assets?

Re: Liens
File the judgment in the public records of the county where he has assets. Take a deposition in aid of execution or send interrogatories to discover where and what assets he or she has.
