limited liability company
absent an operating agreement which provides for a right of first refusal, can a member transfer her interest to another member or does sthe transfer need to be to a third party?

If you don't have an operating agreement chaning the statute, then the FL statute applies. Just google FL llc statue. Let me know if you want a legal opinion on this.
