Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Limited Liability company
I own a small Income Tax business several clients has asked about the LLC's. Are they protected from law suits better as a LLC or a sole proprietor? And if protected more what is a average fees for getting one set up?

Absolutely LLCs protect better than sole proprietorships. Set up requires filing of papers and publication of notice. Fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 plus expenses depending upon size of company involved.
