Limited Liability Shield
Can the protection of limited liability for a corporation be pierced by one of the owners signing a personal guarantee? Opening personal liability to all owners for all debts and liabilities of the corp?

Personal means personal; so no. The company and other owners should be safe from this.

The personal guarantee would be personal to the one making the guarantee.
