Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I live in Florida now ... as does my brother. In 1992, i suffered a psychotic breakdown, diagnosed as PTSD, bi-polar with Schizophrenic tendencies. At the time i was a partner with my father and brother in a California Corporation. I was the driving force in building our business to a multi-million dollar franchise. One of the contributing factors to my breakdown was working 100 hours a week, managing a 300 acre, 750 employee Strawberry concern, while my father and brother bailed the biz for golf, hawaii, etc.

During my psychosis, during a term i was in massive depression and not at all grounded to reality ... they managed to get me to sign away my part of the partnership.

Within about 5 years my brother and father sold biz for at least 50 million ... can't get a straight answer about total.Company was premier strawberry grower, shipper, sales, processor with million dollar contract relationships with Smuckers, Kraft, etc.

Do i stand any chance, in any court, to recover any part of my partnership. My father resides still in So. Cal. My brother So. Fla. My brother has not talked to me since 1993.

It is possible, but the case appears that it would be in California.

Also, I can't quite tell when some of the events occur. Therefore there may be a strong case that the Statute of Limitations has passed so the case cannot go forward. (You may have waited to long to pursue it)
