Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I live in Florida and would like to know if i would be able to sell soda on the street and if I would need a license.
The soda will be stored in a backpack, I will only be operating for about 5 weeks and for a short amount of time a day.
I will get the soda from a local store.

Licensing of such businesses is within the jurisdiction of the local city/county.
You should check with the local govt. in control of wherever you intend to sell.
Generally, a license is required in Florida for such activities.
