Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I live in Hollywood, FL. Recently my neighbor decided to work as singing coach, and dreams of being on "America's Got Talent". With that, although she has not brought in any students, she is disruptive with her microphone, music, and (bad) singing. The issue is that her bedroom's wall is my wall, and I am not sure if any other tenant has complained. I went to the leasing office, and they have spoken twice to her. She came straight to talk to me (which means she knows it is loud and bothers), apologized and said she would not keep late hours anymore and I had requested she turn off the microphone. She was fine for a few days only to continue as it was before, and sometimes she walks along the hallway singing. I am no longer relying on the office to do anything, as well as I am not inclined to calling the Police for this. Since she has this practice somewhere, and the fact she rehearses every single day, could that be considered a home based company? If so, would that be illegal, and is there anything I can do about it?

It is not a home based company. Keep complaining to the leasing office. You should go see her as well.

No, not necessarily. You have a right to quiet enjoyment of your property, so complain to the landlord or property management company.
