LLC liability protection
Will a single member LLC provide liability protection for the owner who is the only employee and does all the work; no other employees. Or will he still be open to liability. Thank-you.

Yes a sole member will still enjoy the same opportunities for limited personal liability as any other LLC.

If the individual does not mix his/her personal matters with that of the business, the corporate protection will be available.
