Can I convert my LLC to a non-profit 501 (c)(3) entity?

Sure, although it's a difficult process, and you should seek the help of an attorney or accountant to make it happen. If you make a mistake, none of the contributions will be tax deductible, and any claim that the contributions are deductible will be denied by the IRS to the taxpayer.
