Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
LLC Operating Agreement
I am starting a LLC business with just me as a ''member''. I have questions on the Operating Agreement. One being Capital Contributions and what my contributions are. Since no one else is funding my business will I be the one supplying the cash, office space in my house, office supplies etc? If so, then how do I retrieve my monies back??

Re: LLC Operating Agreement
Yes. You supply the cash. You can get your money back with the sale of the company or its shares to others. That is why they call it an investment.
