LLC purchases
Can a mortgage be applied for by an LLC? Can it be done on its own merrit or must I personally provide information?

Banks will generally require that any mortgage relating to any entity, including an LLC, be personally guaranteed by the principals of the entity, which would of course involved providing the bank with financial information from each guarantor.
