Re: LLC question
In a member-managed LLC, the managers are owners.
In a manager-managed LLC, the managers are not owners and are elected by the owners.
The LLC Articles of Organization state which type of management the LLC will have, or if it is silent, it is a member-managed LLC.
I don't know what kind of court records, so I cannot comment on what names may/not be contained in them.
