Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
As an LLC in the state of Florida, if the lease for the office is in the business' name with an individual listed as a contact for the business, can the property legally report a delinquency on that person's credit? Also, if there was no business receipt issued and/or turned in to the leasing office for the space/business, does that change anything?

If the lease agreement is a standard Florida lease agreement, the individual as well
as the LLC is liable and subject to credit reporting, eviction, and other options of the
landlord for breach of the agreement including non-payment of rent.
