Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I have a LLC ex. (Sunbelt Construction Services, LLC) i want to advertise a new line of services and want to know if this example would be a legal use of business name in Florida.

SUNBELTS MOBILE RV REPAIR

Provided by Sunbelt Construction Services, LLC

or

MOBILE RV REPAIR

Provided by Sunbelt Construction Services, LLC

would either of theses examples work for all marketing purpuses such as business cards and flyers etc...? Keeping in mind that the legal name of the business is Sunbelt Construction Services, LLC. I dont want to file a DBA if one of the examples above would work.

Thanks for your help!

No legal issue so long as the phrases used do not duplicate the name of

a competing business. The use of your corporate name in the ad avoids any

other issue relating to a requirement for a dba.
