Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
LLC's Physical Address
I have formatted an LLC last year, however the physical address it's registered to would be unavailable. Don't have a new physical address at this time.Is it acceptable to have a Postal Mail Box as an LLC's physical address (not the mailing address) as long as the Registered Agent's address is in actual/physical street address? What other options can I have?
I thank you in advance for your help!

Re: LLC's Physical Address
You are fine with a P.O. Box as long as the registered agent has a physical address for service of process and is open the required hours to accept service.
