Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Locked out of business
My partner and I have a 50/50 LLC business. We agreed to allow me to borrow funds from our business account which i did but we did not outline any terms in writing. When we had a disagreement on how soon the money would be paid back he changed the locks. We do not have an operating agreement and my name is not on our lease. He refuses to allow me in to even use the facility . What can I do?
