how long is a contract valid
I have placed 6,000.00 down on a new screen enclosure November 2005 at this time no work has Ben preformed but a permit for the enclosure was filed with the building department. one year later

Re: how long is a contract valid
If the contract does not specify a time, then the customer must wait a reasonable time and then write a letter specifying a date and that time is of the essence.
