I'm no longer employed for this company. A picture I'm in is posted on their face book page. Also, have seen in advertising. What can I do?

Your legal options depend on any employment contract or rules related to
your previous employment which may have given your employer the right to
use such pictures. Of course, the nature and content of the pictures is also
relevant, but we assume they are related to the company and its product or
service.
