Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Lost Corporate Book
1989 Fla.Corp.book was lost. What is required in order to continue the Corp.book? I already have certified copy from State of Articles of Incorporation and have new Corp.book in blank.
Are there any Corporate Minutes where the Shareholders/and/or/Directors deal with this? What ''special'' language should there be. Thanks
