Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
To make up my hours when our schedule is light my boss has me doing the filing in the confidential personnel files, this makes me uncomfortable because I have learned things about my co-workers that are none of my business. I have kept what I learned confidential. Is there any legal ramifications to me for doing this filing?

You are not breaking any law by doing a job your employer asked you to do. You don't have to read the entire document to be able to file it.

No, but you should keep confidential information confidential. Someone has to do the filing.
