a man in florida signs a contract under his LLC company name while in administrative desolution several month later he is reinstated and files with the court for performance on that contract. He wins the case when his lawyer clames the reinstatement canseles out the disolution even though he was not allow to do business while administrated desolved.
how can this happen ?

Administrative dissolution simply means that the State fees were not paid and/or the annual reports were not filed. If you simply pay the fee, plus penalties, and file back annual reports then the company is reinstated retroactive to the date of dissolution.
