If You Are A Manager And Have Leagally Qaulified And Have Documents Stating You Are The Manager But Do Not Have A Raise In Your Pay Can You Take The Employers To Court With Out Being Fired?

You cannot sue your company for not getting a raise unless you had an employment agreement that stated you should have a raise. If you are an at-will employee, you choose if you want to stay in the job at that pay or not, and you can be fired by your employer.
