Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I'm married but am going through a divorce. My exhusband and I have not lived with each other in two years. He owns a business that is beginning to thrive. Will I get any of the this in my settlement?

Any attorney will say more information is needed, as well as a complete review of all facts, documents, etc. A personal consultation after the review is also appropriate, given these circumstances. Consult with a good divorce attorney in your area for specific advice.

It's possible, but not settled. You need a good Divorce Attorney.
