Situation: a Chiropractor and a business (money) partner are forming a Medical Practice LLC:
Under Florida Law, is there a minimum % of ownership that the doctor must own?
(i.e. 51% - 49%? � or can the partners each own 50%?)

There are a number of considerations that come into play, and the best time to put the pieces in place is at the beginning before the business has been formed. With regard to the ownership, there are not just administrative, but also financial, legal, and business considerations.
