Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Misrepresentation by Expedia

Internet travel service provide Expedia falsely claims that it represents our business - a hotel. when you put in the search engine, MSN.com our business name, Expedia gives information about us, however, when the customer puts in his required vacation dates, Expedia comes back with: ''This property have no rooms available''. We must have lost thousands of dollars over the years by them giving out this wrong information - without our knowledge or consent. We are not signed up with Expedia as a partner, and they have no right to give out false information about our property, causing us to loose business. What is our legal rights??

Thank you for your attention.

Re: Misrepresentation by Expedia

I recommend that you hire an attorney and have him or her contact Expedia's legal department. If that fails, I suggest filing a lawsuit seeking an injunction and damages. I specialize in business litigation. Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
