Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

misrepresentation

I purchased a Motorcycle in Nov 2001 and the bike broke down last week. I purchased the extended warranty at the same time I purchased the bike from the same dealer and am now finding out the warranty was not valid because the bike is a foreign unit. I was never informed it was a foreign unit. I haven't asked them yet for a refund because the person that handles that was off today. 1. if they refuse the refund, what action can I take. 2. Is it legal for dealerships to sell foreign units in Florida? 3. Is the dealership obligated to inform me that the bike is a foreign unit? I would like to get at least my money back from the warranty and would like a refund on the bike beacuse I would have never bought it in the first place if I knew it was a foreign unit. Thankyou for your time and assitance.

Re: misrepresentation

You may need to file a breach of contract warranty case against the dealer. I am available to consult with you on the case.
