Mortgage
Holding a mortgage,borrower stoped paying.What would be the steps I have to take.Do I need a lawyer or can I do it on my own?

Many mortgages have a provision for the losing person to pay the attorneys fees. If yours does, it may be best to have a lawyer. It can be handled without a lawyer, but you would need to be able to file and prepare the proper documents. It is an easy suit for a lawyer.
