Motion In Limine

I am involved in a civil trail in florida,

I have no lawyre and i am trying my

own case.

the problem is I am out of time.

There was a hearing on March 6

2008 On a Motion of Limine. The

personal relationship i hve had with

the plainitff is what ot me there. I

have been order not to introduce

anything about our sexual

relationship. Second I can not use his

able to fly a plane or that he has a

piolts liscene.

Is there anyway to appeal a Motion

In Limine

The area of lw would include 415.111

No. Only after the trial and you must show then that the failure to admit the evidence excluded was not harmless (i.e., that it would have made a difference). Be sure to proffer the excluded evidence to the court outside of the jury's presence.
