Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Multiple LLCs or multiple businesses under 1 LLC?
I am starting 4 web businesses at the same time, all based in FL. I would like all of them to be under the umbrella of a single LLC rather than file for 4 separate LLCs. My accountant says that multiple businesses can be run out of the same LLC entity, so there should not be a problem. Any advice regarding whether thre are serious pitfalls for this approach?
Thanks.

It is possible; it is legal. Whether it is advisable depends on a lot of facts not apparent from your question.
