As a Franchise Attorney I am familiar with arbitration and venue provisions. By not having the appropriate language so arbitration will happen in your home state (and town) you risk having to travel to another state and retain an attorney there for arbitration proceedings. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
