Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Non Refundable Receipt
If I have a Non-Refundable Receipt, and it has the wrong item listed that I put the deposit on, is it still legal? I was verbally misled about this problem.

Re: Non Refundable Receipt
If you entered the contract because of fraud, it is not enforceable. The wrong item being listed is just a mistake and not really relevant.
