noncompete breached
I recently bought a business and the seller signed a 50 mile noncompete with a 5 year limit. And after only 1 and 1/2 years and only 35 miles, he decided to compete with us. What legal actions can we take regarding stopping him from competing with us?

We can sue him for an injunction and damages.
